Employment and Self-Sufficiency Requirements
All residents who are medically able to work must obtain and maintain full-time employment while participating in the Safe in His Arms program.

At Safe in His Arms, we believe employment is an important step toward independence and long-term stability. Residents who are medically able to work are encouraged to obtain and maintain full-time employment.
Working helps the women in our program develop valuable skills, earn a dependable income, provide for their children, save toward permanent housing, and prepare for a successful future.
Our purpose is not only to provide temporary maternity housing—it is to help women build confidence, responsibility, financial stability, and hope. Through employment, life-skills education, and Christ-centered support, each woman can move forward toward a safe and independent life for herself and her children.
